Comment Templates

Comment templates are used to create predefined comments that can be applied when commenting on an order.

To create a new template:

  1. Click the Add comment template button.

Create a new Tag

  1. Enter the comment text.

  2. Specify the comment index. Indexes determine the display order of comment templates.

  3. Choose a comment color.

  4. Click the Save button.
