Add a New Service

To add a new service to the system, do the following:

1. Click the New Service button.

2. In the New Service dialog that appears fill in the following fields:

• Add a group name for the new service OR select group from the list.

• Add the service name.
• Add the service price.

• Click the Create Service button.

As a result, the system creates a new service and displays it in a selected group.

Edit the service group

To add the service group (you can change the name of the group), do the following:

1. Click on the group name.

2. In the Update Service Group dialog edit the group name.

3. Click the Submit button to save changes.

Edit the Service

To edit the Service, do the following:

1. Click on the service name you want to edit.

2. Make neccessary changes.

3. Link service to the task(s). It is neccessary to plan the execution of work automatically.

Select task(s) from the drop-down list.

3. Click the Save button.

Service Translations

Translating the list of services ensures they are displayed correctly in the system, for example, if you switch the system interface to another language.

You can translate either the entire list of services or add a translation for a specific service.

Translating the Entire Service List

To translate the entire list of services, click the Add Language button.

Select the required language from the drop-down list and click Add Language.

Translating a Specific Service

To add a translation for a specific service in the system:

1. Open the service card (click on the service name).

2. In the Translations section, click the Add Translation button.

3. Select the language into which you want to translate the service name and enter the translation.

4. Click the Save button.

To delete a translation from the system, click the delete icon.

Remove service

To remove the Service from the system, do the following:

1. Select the Service and click the Delete icon.

2. Confirm the deletion (click the Ok button).
