Send an invitation

You can send an invitation to the system to the Customer.

The Customer receives a link and then uses its credentials to log in to the system.

You can send an invitation by the following:

  1. When you create a new customer in the system.

OR

  1. You can send an invitation from the Customer page (administrator created a customer before).

Open the customer page and click the Invite button.

Click the Invite button

As a result, the system sends an invitation via email.
