Doctor’s Balance
Viewing the Balance
To view a doctor’s balance, follow these steps:

Go to the Customer section of the system.

On the Customer List page, click the last name of the doctor whose balance you want to view.

- On the doctor’s page, click the Balance Sheet button.

The system will display a page with a table containing all payments and invoices along with their current statuses.
The current balance is displayed at the top of the page in the doctor’s currency.

Adding Funds to the Balance
To add funds to a doctor’s balance, do the following:
- On the balance view page, click the Add Funds button.

- In the Add funds pop-up window:

Enter the advance amount in the Enter amount field.

Select the desired currency.

- Click the Submit button.
After that, the advance will appear at the top of the page.

A record of the balance top-up will also appear in the table. To view detailed information about the advance, click its name in the table. A page with detailed information will open.

Paying for Orders Using the Positive Balance
A positive balance allows the doctor to pay for orders.
To do this:
- In the doctor’s profile, go to an order with the Delivered status.

- On the order page, click the Payment button and select Pay from Balance from the dropdown menu.

If there are enough funds in the balance, the system changes the order status to Completed, and the balance table receives the corresponding entry.
Canceling a Payment
The doctor’s balance allows canceling a payment for an order.
To cancel a payment, follow these steps:
- In the doctor’s balance table, select the invoice you want to cancel.

- On the invoice page, go to the corresponding order.

- On the order page, click the Actions button and select Cancel order payment.

The system will cancel the payment, and the order will return to the Unpaid status.
