Customers

The Customers section of the system contains a list of customers registered in the system.

The system display customers when they are:

• Self-registered in the system. In this case, the customer can access their account after entering the system.

• The laboratory owner created an account in the system for the customer. In this case, the customer does not have access to the account. Access to your account will appear after the laboratory’s owner sends an invitation to the system.

You can do the following:

• Filter records and search them using the specific criteria
• Add new customer to the system
• Edit customer
• Invite customers to the system
