Customers

The Customers section contains a list of customers registered in the system.

The system displays customers when they are:

• Self-registered in the system. In this case, the customer can access their account after entering the system.

• The laboratory owner created the customer’s account. In this case, the customer does not have access to the account. Access to account will appear after the laboratory’s owner sends an invitation to the system.

You can do the following:

• Filter records and search them using the specific criteria
• Add new customer to the system
• Edit customer
• Invite customers to the system
